    The RealCar fleet is strictly non-smoking. Renters and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any RealCar rental cars. RealCar takes reports of smoking very seriously. If smoke is detected in a returned vehicle, the renter is subject to a fine of up to $250.

    At RealCar, the minimum rental period for a luxury or premium car is 1 hour, with the minimum payment equivalent to a 24-hour period. Please note that half-day rates are not available. This policy ensures flexibility in rental duration while maintaining a standard minimum payment period.
