What is the cancellation policy for RealCar luxury and premium car rentals in Brooklyn?
Customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the reservation start date and time for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation start date and time, RealCar will provide an e-credit that can be applied toward future rentals with RealCar.

Yes, it is possible to extend the rental period of a luxury or premium car rental. However, you will need to contact RealCar in advance to request an extension. RealCar may be able to accommodate your request, but we may also charge you an additional fee for extending your rental period.

The additional fees may include: (a) a mileage charge - if you go over 200 miles per day, 1000 miles per week, 3000 miles per month allocated with your rental; (b) fuel and a refueling charge, if you return the vehicle with less fuel than when rented; (c) a charge for the total cost of all tolls billed to your vehicle's E-ZPass throughout the term of your rental; (d) all expenses we incur recovering the vehicle if it is not returned as promised.
Does RealCar have any cars that I may smoke in?
All of the cars in the RealCar fleet are strictly non-smoking.
Are pets allowed in RealCar rentals?
Yes, RealCar is happy to have you bring your pets in the luxury car rental. Please note that you may be charged a cleaning fee if the rental vehicle requires additional cleaning.
