    You can pick up your RealCar rental at our Midtown location (448 West 38th Street). We also offer delivery and pickup services to your hotel, residence, or airport. For delivery requests outside our service area, please email us, and we`ll do our best to accommodate you.
    What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
    You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the start time for a full refund. If the cancellation is made within 72 hours, RealCar will provide an e-credit that can be used for future rentals.
  • Can I rent a car in Manhattan and drop it off at a different location?
    Yes, RealCar offers one-way rentals, allowing you to pick up a vehicle in Manhattan and return it to a different location, such as an airport or another city. Please note that additional charges may apply for one-way rentals. We recommend contacting our customer care team to discuss your specific plans and obtain detailed information.
    Does RealCar include roadside assistance with luxury rentals?
    Roadside assistance is not included with luxury car rentals. However, it can be purchased as an additional service.
    Do I need to buy insurance for my rental, or is it included?
    Insurance is not included with your rental. You have the option to purchase insurance through us or use your own. Your auto insurance, homeowner`s policy, or credit card may offer coverage for rental vehicles. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage.
  • Can I rent a car if I`m not from the U.S. and have a foreign driver`s license?
    Yes, you can rent a car with a foreign driver`s license. You will also need to provide a valid passport for identification.
    Is there a limit on where I can drive my rental in Manhattan?
    While there are no specific geographical restrictions within Manhattan, certain activities are prohibited, such as off-roading or taking the vehicle to a racetrack.
