    What is the cancellation policy for RealCar luxury and premium car rentals in Brooklyn?
    Customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the reservation start date and time for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation start date and time, RealCar will provide an e-credit that can be applied toward future rentals with RealCar.

    The additional fees may include: (a) a mileage charge - if you go over 200 miles per day, 1000 miles per week, 3000 miles per month allocated with your rental; (b) fuel and a refueling charge, if you return the vehicle with less fuel than when rented; (c) a charge for the total cost of all tolls billed to your vehicle's E-ZPass throughout the term of your rental; (d) all expenses we incur recovering the vehicle if it is not returned as promised.
    Does RealCar have any cars that I may smoke in?
    All of the cars in the RealCar fleet are strictly non-smoking.
    Are pets allowed in RealCar rentals?
    Yes, RealCar is happy to have you bring your pets in the luxury car rental. Please note that you may be charged a cleaning fee if the rental vehicle requires additional cleaning.
