  • What happens if I need to cancel my car reservation?
    Customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the reservation start date and time for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation start date and time, RealCar will issue an e-credit which can be applied toward future rentals with RealCar. In order for the e-credit to apply to future rentals, the new reservation must be made under the customers' account whom the e-credit was originally issued to.

    What do I need to rent a car with RealCar?
    In order to rent with RealCar, you must provide: - Valid credit card. Note we may require up to a $3000 security deposit (refunded at the end of the rental). - Valid driver`s license with driver`s license number, full name, and address. Credit Card must be issued in the Driver's name - Mobile phone number and email address.
    Can I rent a car for a month or longer with RealCar?
    Yes, you may. Please consult with customer service before booking reservations for longer than a month.
